I am happy to issue a boutique credit if contacted upon receipt and the item is shipped back within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Anything received after this time frame will incur a 40% restocking fee. The item(s) cannot be worn or washed and all the tags are to still be attached. If we smell perfume, smoke, have pet hair-dander or smells, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please note the following items are NOT eligible for return Items include... graphic items made by Erika, custom items made by Erika, swimsuits, mystery items, food/snacks, capsule (holiday) collections, leggings, beauty items, earrings, makeup, hygiene items, bralettes, anything from Erika after Dark, eyewear, purses/bags, items ending in $.99, and all sale items including any gift received with purchase. **Orders that used a coupon code are all...FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.

What do I do?
1. Fill the form out completely and submit it. Don't forget to print it out!
2. Wait for a "Return Approved" email from stayfoxyorders@gmail.com. This will let you know if your item is eligible for a return based on the form you filled out!

Due to the nature of our sales, Stay Foxy Boutique does not process exchanges. If you would like the same product in a different size or color variant, etc, you may go to the site and purchase that while working to return your other item simultaneously. This ensures quick shipping of your item while processing your return in a timely manner.
