No Mal Intent Policy

Here at Stay Foxy Boutique we will always ensure we make your order right. Threatening, aggressive, or hurtful emails from customers will not be tolerated. Should any member of SFB receive any message of hostility, the sender will receive one warning. Should it occur again, the sender will be blocked from SFB, and refunded for any non-shipped items. Any shipped items in transit are non-returnable and automatically considered final sale. 

Out of Stock/Damages Policy

In certain circumstances, technical glitches and/or damaged product occurs. We apologize for this inconvenience and always double check but sometimes it happens. Should this be the case, you will be immediately refunded during the order fulfillment process.
